You can delete your Tamil AI Sol account at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion removes your profile and learning history permanently. செயலியிலிருந்தோ மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாகவோ உங்கள் கணக்கை நீக்கலாம்.
If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number it was registered with, and ask for deletion. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
[email protected]A deletion request is reviewed by our team before the data is destroyed. This review exists so an accidental or malicious request cannot wipe a child's learning history irreversibly. Until it is approved, your account stays deactivated and unusable.
Once approved, your personal details are anonymised and your account can no longer be recovered or signed into.

Voice recordings. Tamil AI Sol does not store your child's voice. Recordings are used to produce a pronunciation score and are discarded immediately; only the score and the word practised are kept, and those are deleted with your account.
If you only want to stop using the app for a while, ask to deactivate rather than delete. Deactivation hides your account and stops all activity, but keeps your progress so you can come back to it. Deletion cannot be undone.
If a parent account is linked to a child's profile, the parent can request deletion of that child's account from their own dashboard, or by email as above.
